lol answear the question in the title .... you answer that ... can someone help me sleep! What are good ways that you will take in a moment? ugh, not counting sheep to say, cuz we all know that it does not work for most PPL

lulz my eyebrows sometimes itch.
It sounds strange, but deep in my fixed bed or walking around my room a bit, until you start to feel tired. So I have a clear gesture from there with my eyes closed and my mind.
