In general, the salt reduces the bitterness in foods - such as our bitter.

A little salt, but not too salty.

What is your recipe, you will need seeds and the skin of the roasted peppers?

Perhaps you simply have more cooking, which usually results in the natural sweetness of tomatoes and peppers. When the peppers are roasted and black flame, and remove the charred pieces of what bitterness, and I'm not sure if there is a way to remove it. As a last resort, you can simply try with only one teaspoon of sugar.

An acid such as lemon or lime juice Add cut the bitterness.

In addition, you will also have some mushrooms, which will improve the firmness of his taste.

Mashed, the tribe, season to taste the soup, even a murderer!
